Job summary

Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight clinical team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to adolescents in residential behavioral health treatment, manage medications, and support the multidisciplinary treatment plan.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license in Georgia, strong crisis management skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or Compact State eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Complete daily vital signs and nursing assessments.
• Conduct weekly nursing evaluations and document findings.
• Observe and assess changes in physical or mental health status.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and nursing staff.
• Carry out and document orders within scope of practice.
