Job summary

Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the overnight clinical team serving adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting in Georgia. The RN will manage medications, perform health assessments, and support treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires active RN licensure in Georgia, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or Compact State eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions.
• Complete daily vital signs and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Conduct weekly nursing evaluations and document findings accurately.
• Observe and assess clients for changes in physical or mental health status.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support medical needs.
