Job summary

Ascension Health's St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI seeks a Registered Nurse for Adolescent Psychiatry to provide initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments and implement a nursing plan aligned with the master treatment plan.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Registered Nurse credentialed in Wisconsin prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments according to nursing standards and develops a plan of care aligned with the master treatment plan.
• Participates in treatment team conferences to plan and revise goals and interventions for adolescent patients.
• Implements nursing plan of care and co-leads group therapy sessions for patients.
• Evaluates patient responses and revises nursing plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
