Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health in Missouri is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for night shifts at a 15-bed residential facility serving adolescents with behavioral health needs and medically complex patients.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, admission/discharge support, and collaboration with the treatment team. New grads are welcome; BLS certification and Missouri RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN licensure required (or compact license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in pediatrics or behavioral health preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document patient information from nursing assessments and guardians.
• Evaluate care; develop and update nursing care plans.
• Develop measurable goals with the treatment team and resident.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Document nursing interventions and resident responses in progress notes.
• Provide general nursing care as required; build therapeutic relationships.
• Encourage resident independence and act as a role model for residents.
• Assess physical and emotional needs of residents; collaborate on discharge plans.
