Job summary

Union Health in Clinton, IN seeks an experienced House Supervisor-RN for Nursing Administration to coordinate hospital operations during the evening, night and weekend shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety and policy compliance, with RN licensure in Indiana, BLS and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years hospital experience.
• B.S. Nursing recommended.
• RN IN License required; BLS and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative activities for the hospital on evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Manages hospital operations during evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Obtains meds/IVs not available in Pyxis from pharmacy in absence of staff pharmacists.
• Demonstrates knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
• Supports professional growth and development of staff.
