Job summary

Wellstar Health System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Acute Care – Orthopedic Surgical unit on the full-time night shift. The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care, guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and nursing ethics.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient and family centered care, and collaboration with care managers and leaders to ensure safety and excellence in outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN (Georgia) and in good standing.
• Experience in acute or ortho surgical settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing process and evidence-based practice.
