Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team under nurse leadership.
• Uphold the nursing process and evidence-based practice to deliver safe care.
• Coordinate care with care managers and other health professionals.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and support a healthy work environment.
