Tennova Healthcare- Turkey Creek Medical Center is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care across multiple units in Knoxville, TN. You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining compassion for patients and families.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementation, and education, with emphasis on safety, infection control, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• Current RN license and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and documentation.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
