Tennova Healthcare- Turkey Creek Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and participate in life-saving CPR/code team activities while adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure in TN or compact state preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents findings and reports changes in condition to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
