Job summary

Qualifications

• Ventilator, Telemetry or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians, nursing leadership and coworkers as appropriate.
• Participate in the patient discharge planning process.
