Job summary

Vista Specialty Hospital in Tucson, AZ, seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee patient care across all units and hospital services.

You will collaborate on unit staff training, facilitate patient flow, and serve as a liaison between staff and hospital leadership.

A BSN is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Current RN license in Arizona, BLS and ACLS are mandatory, with at least five years of progressive acute care including supervision; ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Master’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of facility location.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care areas and hospital services.
• Collaborate in planning and organizing training for unit staff.
• Facilitate patient flow across units and departments.
• Represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients.
