Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• BSN required within four years for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and communicate progress.
• Deliver and document care per plan and licensure provisions.
