Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System in Wilmington, DE, seeks a Registered Nurse for the 6A ACE unit, full-time night shift (7p-7a) with a 20% shift differential and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Requires 1 year inpatient experience; BSN preferred, DE or compact license; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware or a compact state.

• Gerontology certification is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Care for five ACE unit patients per shift.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including NP, physicians, pharmacy, and PT.

Education

DE RN License or Compact Nursing License

BSN preferred

ADN must obtain BSN within 3 years

1 year inpatient hospital experience

Gerontology Certification preferred

BLS required
