WellSpan Health is seeking a professional Registered Nurse for the 5 East Medical-Surgical Unit in York, PA. This full-time night shift (7 pm–7 am) covers every-third weekend and rotating holidays, with a sign-on bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Diploma Program Required or
• Associate's Degree Required
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates direct care on the unit per nursing process and hospital standards.
• Safely administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Organizes and prioritizes time based on patient condition and workload; identifies changes in status.
• Documents patient responses and progress; uses EMR for documentation and quality indicators.
• Assists with care planning and handoffs; collaborates with the care team; supports SDM and committee activities.
