Job summary

Mount Regis Recovery in Salem, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts. The role includes 3 x 12-hour shifts, 3p-3a, with rotating weekends and holidays. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered and pay ranges from $34 to $42.89 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license as required by the state of employment.
• One year nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral/substance use a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and plan care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications per orders and document dosing.
• Coordinate unit activities and communicate with staff.
