Job summary

Mt Regis Recovery in Salem, VA is hiring experienced LPNs for full-time night shifts (3-12 hour shifts, 3p-3a) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Mount Regis Center is a 68-bed treatment facility offering detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years' nursing experience within the clinical area of service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Model customer service with emphasis on patient safety.
• Collaborate to ensure patient needs are met and address complaints.
• Provide basic comfort and implement the plan of care.
• Apply interventions to progress toward wellness.
• Discuss care with patient and report status changes to clinicians.
• Communicate professionally with patients, visitors and staff.
• Deliver medications safely per orders and procedures.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation.
• Report patient progress and responses thoroughly.
