Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for Progressive Care (Step down) at St. Mary’s Hospital. You will deliver exceptional nursing care, assess patient status, and coordinate care between Med-Surg and ICU units.

The role emphasizes developing care plans, prioritizing patient needs, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS considerations apply, with preferred but not mandatory BSN and prior LPN/CNA experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred, not required.
• Current state RN licensure or RN applicant.
• ACLS preferred at hire; must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients.
• Act as the service line between Med-Surg and ICU units.
