Job summary

Northern Neck Senior Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Warsaw, VA. The RN will oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure residents' medical and personal needs are met in a supportive environment.

Shifts are 12 hours with nights available; new grads welcome. Competitive hourly pay ($40-$45) with shift differentials, overtime, and a collaborative leadership team committed to high-quality geriatrics care.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license with current state credentials.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage resident care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
