The RN is expected to provide competent patient care per the nursing process, maintain standards of practice, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes. A dynamic surge unit supports ED integration.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse in good standing.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and proficient nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care for medical/surgical patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate admissions and surges with ED and inpatient units to ensure timely care.
