Job summary

ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC is seeking a skilled RN to provide and coordinate patient nursing care during night shifts. You will collect assessment data, develop and adjust care plans with the patient and interdisciplinary team, and ensure standards of care meet regulatory guidelines.

Requires NC RN license and AHA BLS. This role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule (36 hours/week) with shift differentials and a $30,000 commitment bonus. ECU Health provides comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care, including data collection and assessment.
• Identify outcomes and develop plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing interventions, ensuring age-specific patient care.
• Promote effective team functioning and delegate tasks per NC Nurse Practice Act.
