Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Satellite 5A unit in Charlotte. This part‑time role requires two 12‑hour night shifts weekly (7p–7a) with weekend and holiday requirements.

A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants. Completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in North Carolina, and BLS certification are required, with at least 6 months RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to support patient safety and experience.
