Candidates must hold an ADN or be in the final semester and must be licensed as an RN in Iowa. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 may be eligible for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• ADN or in final semester is required.
• RN license in Iowa or currently in last semester of nursing school is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with health team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Interact with patients, families, and staff while maintaining professional standards.
• May float to other departments as needed.
