Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Danville, KY is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts. You will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing assistants, and coordinate admissions and discharges, while ensuring safety and high-quality care.

We offer an extensive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The salary reflects up to $40.20/hour, with pay rates based on experience and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents’ status; notify physician and responsible party of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
