Job summary

Fair View Health Care Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for full-time and PRN night shifts (6p-6a). You will assess health needs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, educate families, and coordinate care with the team.

Ideal candidates hold a current RN license with at least 1 year of experience and strong communication and critical thinking skills. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Document patient progress in electronic medical records.
• Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in ongoing development.
