MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This role leverages specialized training to provide nursing care within a multidisciplinary framework.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BLS Certification is required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certifications as required by facility or department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Use the nursing process per hospital policies to deliver nursing care.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.

Connaissances

RN license required

BLS Certification

ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required

Specialty certification preferred

Acute care experience 1 year preferred

Formation

BSN preferred
