Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent) required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities
