Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift nursing team. The role involves providing direct care, administering medications, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents.

Qualified candidates hold Minnesota RN license, are graduates of an accredited program, and demonstrate strong assessment, communication, and teamwork. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes.

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on the Night Shift. Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Shift: Nights

• Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Starting Wage: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience, includes $2.00 shift differential for NOC shift.

• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 for Full-Time Employees ($3,000 for Part-Time)

  • Paid in three installments within the first 12 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.
