Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly entering the store and thank them upon leaving.
• Provide accurate and current information about merchandise for all brands carried.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain the Boyne Rewards signup and loyalty program in all locations.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
• Clean and organize daily to keep shops looking sharp.
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase.
