Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members for the Upper West Side to support overnight operations. Earn $17.50/hour with a $2.00/hour premium for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, plus opportunities to earn more as a Certified Team Member or Trainer. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), HSA, and meal perks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by state/local authorities.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, ensuring proper temperatures and storage.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, payments, and app usage.
• Manage inventory scans, ensure correct portions, and accurate orders.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and help with delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation in kitchen and dining areas and restock equipment as needed.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, energetic work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
