Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Wayne, NJ to prepare menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with a $17.50 base rate and a $2.00 overnight premium between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with basic food safety knowledge.
• Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accuracy, and verify each order before dispatch.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Share knowledge about concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas; restock cookware and equipment.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.
