Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Colleagues who meet educational requirements to become NBRC-registered may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and coordinate clinical aspects of the Respiratory Therapy Department to assure quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Perform essential functions of a respiratory care practitioner.
• Meet licensing, certification, and ongoing education requirements.
