The role requires leadership skills, 5 years of experience in respiratory therapy, and credentials such as ACLS and BCLS.

Formación

• ACLS and BCLS certification required.
• RRT/RCP-State credentials required.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Ensure adequate staffing and productivity meeting the department’s standards.
• Create monthly schedules and participate in hiring and budgeting processes.
• Provide coaching and corrective actions as needed.
