HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a part-time day shift. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, manage ventilation and airways, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality respiratory care across emergency and critical care settings.

You’ll use advanced respiratory technology, receive mentorship from RT leaders, and join a supportive team focused on professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate

Responsibilities

• Assessing respiratory status by focused exams, breath sounds, and airway patency
• Delivering evidence-based therapy with oxygen, aerosols, and airway clearance techniques
• Managing ventilation and airways, including invasive and noninvasive ventilation
• Supporting patients and the care team through education and collaboration with physicians and nurses
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment, ensuring readiness and infection-prevention standards
