HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, IL seeks a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. You will perform physician-prescribed respiratory treatments, operate and maintain related equipment, and document care in the EMR with HIPAA compliance.

The position is part-time, night shift (24 hours/week), with compensation aligned to experience. A diploma/associate degree is required; a bachelor’s in respiratory therapy is preferred, plus NBRC RRT and BLS; ACLS is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma or Associate's degree in respiratory therapy required.
• Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy preferred.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic physician prescribed respiratory treatments.
• Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment.
• Administer patient care and document activity in EMR.
• Comply with HIPAA and departmental policies.

Conocimientos

BLS Certification

RRT NBRC

ACLS preferred

Educación
