Job summary

Trinity Health Livingston Hospital in Brighton, MI is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a part-time, night-shift role. You will perform therapeutic procedures, including advanced techniques, and participate in staff training within a teaching health system.

You will ensure safe respiratory care, align treatments with physician orders, maintain equipment, and support patient rounds while upholding HIPAA and Trinity Health mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program; Registry eligible.
• Maintain current RRT credential with NBRC.
• Maintain valid State of Michigan License in Respiratory Care.
• BLS from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy per physician orders and protocols.
• Participate in patient rounds and staff orientation.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functioning; coordinate with therapy staff.
• Provide high-quality patient care considering age and cultural needs.
• Assist in training staff and students in clinical settings.
