Job summary

The Respiratory Therapist – CRT delivers diagnostic, therapeutic, and pharmacologic respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols. Working under the direction of the ordering physician, this role conducts patient assessments, monitors therapy responses, and implements individualized treatment plans to support respiratory function and recovery.

Qualifications

• CRT certification required and ACLS/PALS may be required depending on role.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway maintenance with safety.
• Assess patients and monitor response to therapy and adjust plans.
• Document treatments and patient responses clearly in EMR.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
