Qualifications

• Licenses/credentials: BLS, NBRC RRT preferred; NRP preferred; state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and/or assists with respiratory tests and procedures as ordered.
• Responds to respiratory emergencies and transports ventilated patients as needed.
• Develops respiratory care plans and makes therapy recommendations to physicians.
• Supervises students and participates in education of staff and patients.
