Job summary

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care Department on the night shift. You will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services, educate patients, and support equipment operations to assist physicians in patient care.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, MI license within 90 days, NBRC registry, and BLS certification. Full-time, 36 hours per week, located in Dearborn, MI.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• MI licensure for Respiratory Therapist within 90 days of hire is required.
• NBRC CRT Registry within 90 days of hire is required.
• BLS certification required on hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in patient care.
• Participates in patient education.
• Provides technical support for all Respiratory Care equipment.
• Assists patients of all ages with acute and chronic illness in returning to a productive life.
