Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital Royal Oak is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time night shift. The role involves delivering diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, educating patients and staff, and maintaining respiratory equipment.

Monday through Friday with every other weekend expectations; 36 hours weekly. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Michigan license, NBRC registry, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy.
• Respiratory Therapist License - State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care Upon Hire required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or American Red Cross Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders.
• Participates in the education of patients, students, staff and physicians.
• Provides technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care.
• Assists with general department functions.
