Job summary

The Respiratory Therapist – CRT delivers diagnostic, therapeutic, and pharmacologic respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols. • Ability to administer respiratory treatments per physician orders and protocols.

• Administers respiratory treatments (oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy) per orders.
• Orients patient to treatment modality to ensure cooperation.
• Performs patient assessments and monitors responses to therapy.
• Implements written/verbal physician orders accurately.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and leadership.
