Qualifications

• RRT credentials required within 1 year of hire for most hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy per provider orders and departmental protocols.
• Evaluate and monitor patient response; adjust therapy per ABG results.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to providers and nursing staff.
• Support patient transport and bedside procedures as needed.
• Assist with Code Blue and life support activities according to policy.
