Orchard Villa in Ohio is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for the night shift (CRT/RRT) to provide care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will follow clinical guidelines, work with physicians and care teams, and help residents breathe easier.

This role offers competitive pay up to $49.00 per hour based on experience, a supportive team, flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth within a community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification.
• At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers
