You will provide comprehensive respiratory care to residents requiring ventilator support and complex pulmonary therapies, while collaborating with nursing staff and physicians to ensure safety and excellence overnight.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RRT or CRT license, has ventilator experience, and can work independently through night

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) required.
• Ventilator experience in SNF/ICU preferred.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to residents requiring ventilator and complex pulmonary support.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership overnight.
• Manage and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment.
• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management.
• Document assessments, treatments, and interventions.
• Maintain infection control and regulatory standards.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and on-call needs.
