Regency Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for Oregon, OH, to provide care for patients with critical and complex medical conditions on the night shift. The role includes evaluating patients, delivering respiratory therapy, and assisting with airway management on 12-hour shifts.

Compensation ranges from $33.43 to $45.00 per hour with night and weekend shift differentials, and there is a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.
• BLS certification by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and recommending an appropriate treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.
