ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for the night shift on a part-time basis in Monroe, Michigan. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 2-year commitment. Responsibilities include developing care plans, evaluating patient goals, and collaborating with the health care team.

The role requires NBRC credential as CRT or RRT, current BLS, and state licensure for Ohio and/or Michigan. ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred and may be required in some units.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and maintain credential as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Must be licensed to render respiratory care by the state(s) of practice (Ohio and/or Michigan).

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care in general, clinical, emergency, and diagnostic care areas.
• Create care plans, evaluate goals, and maintain communication with the health care team.
• Help with clinical instruction of respiratory care staff, nursing students, and residents, and orient new staff.
