Job summary

Sharp Tri-City Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner for the night shift. The role performs cardiopulmonary diagnostics and therapies per physician-approved protocols, with responsibilities for education and accurate patient documentation.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program, hold CA RCP credentials, and possess BLS and ACLS, with preferred experience in acute care and bronchoscopy support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care.
• CA Respiratory Care Practitioners license required (RCP).
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapies and diagnostics per policy.
• Educate patients and families about therapies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and charging for therapies.
• Assist with bronchoscopy and pulmonary function testing as needed.
