Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain all required documentation per policies.
• Embrace a drug-free environment in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu.
• Act as a non-clinical resource for clients; provide crisis intervention and active listening.
• Maintain written and verbal reports on client activity and behavior.
• Perform facilities maintenance and report issues to Supervisor.
• Handle administrative tasks: client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, and filing.
• Transport clients to offsite meetings/activities as needed.
• Participate in monthly individual supervision and required training.
• Facilitate required groups and structured activities.
• Participate in 30-minute shift change with handover.
• Perform other duties as requested.
