Job summary

DeCoach Recovery is hiring a Mid-Shift Resident Monitor for the Cincinnati facility. This full-time, non-clinical role supports clients in a safe, structured environment during the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift. No clinical degree required—compassion, reliability, and a desire to help people heal are essential.

You’ll document activities, assist with group activities, and support administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality and a calm, respectful presence with clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, secure, and structured environment for clients.
• Be a steady, non-clinical presence—offer crisis intervention and active listening.
• Document client activity and behavior accurately.
• Facilitate groups and structured activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks (chart reviews, phones, greeting guests, filing).
• Transport clients to offsite meetings and activities as needed.
• Handle light facilities upkeep and flag maintenance issues.
• Provide shift reports during a 30-minute shift change.
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training.

What You'll Do
