Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu for clients.
• Act as a non-clinical resource, offering crisis support and active listening.
• Maintain and report client activity through written/verbal reports.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks or report issues to Supervisor.
• Handle administrative duties: client chart reviews, phones, greeting guests, filing.
• Transport clients to offsite meetings/activities as needed.
• Participate in monthly supervision and required trainings.
• Facilitate group activities and shift report handoffs.
• Perform other duties as requested.
