Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Ensure hydration and assist with meals as needed.
• Triage and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
